The Nikon camera sounds very good! looking forward for the shots.. and here is a small news - i bought a first digital camera myself.. its the pentax *istD and it looks really good.. so in very near future, first "digital" photos will be available in my photogallery.. :-) regarding the bilingual advantage - sometimes it feels more like disadvantage, when i think mostly english speaking people come here and then they see mess of characters not saying them anythig :-(

Well I ended up getting a new Digital Camera. The Nikon 8700 8 MP 10x Optical zoom. Thus far I really love the quality of the photos but am still trying to figure out how to take really good evening / night shots. I’m sure it’s just a setting. I looked at the Digital SLR and really liked it as well but at that time didn't want to spend another $1000 on different lenses. I'll give you a link to some photos that I have taken with it after I build the photo Gallery. I must say that you have a great advantage being Bi-Lingual :)

At the above link you will find some of the best Cannon cameras they have to offer at "Dirt Cheap Prices" The thing that I like about the Canon Pro1 is 8 meg you can shoot 2.5 photos per sec., “10X Optical Zoom”. If I can make one suggestion to everyone make sure you get good Optical Zoom as after a while you will wish that you had it and to add additional lenses plan on 200.00 just so the camera can accept new lenses. Then you have the cost of the lenses that may only fit that camera. :(

I am still in Korea and I am probably staying here for another 18 months. My friend and I are planning a trip to Europe next summer so we have to stay here to make money for it.
